The cabin features an open floorplan with indoor fireplace and sunroom with views of the river. The space

This cozy 950 sq. ft cabin features an open-floorplan with 1 bedroom / 1 bath downstairs, and 1 bedroom / 0.5 bath upstairs. The fully-stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook meals and share them with friends and family in the indoor dining space or outdoors on the picnic table. In the morning, enjoy a cup of local coffee (we provide!) in the sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the river. Take a walk down to the river where you can swim, fly-fish, or just relax and enjoy the surroundings. End each day unwinding by the wood-burning fireplace, playing board games, and taking in the cozy space.

Living & Dining
Located just off the kitchen, the living and dining room is the perfect gathering space for guests. The vaulted ceilings and original tongue and groove woodwork makes this space truly one-of-a-kind. Centered around the cozy wood burning fireplace, the living room features a mid-century leather sofa and flat-screen Smart TV. The indoor dining space is located directly behind he sofa and provides seating for up to 4 guests. Just off the living room is the sun room, a fully separate space with floor-to-ceiling windows and seating for up to 15 people.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The cabin has two separate bedrooms, each on different floors with space to accommodate 4 adults. In addition, we have 2 roll-away twin beds that can be set up in the first-floor bedroom or living room. On the first floor is the secondary bedroom, which is located off the front hallway. This bedroom has a Queen-size bed and while being on the smaller side, it still provides ample space. Across the hall is the full bathroom and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and attached half bath.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire A-frame cabin and property during their stay.

Additional notes

1- The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
2- There are 2 parking spots available inside the gate and 2 extra spots outside the gate.
3- When the windows and doors are open, you may hear mixed noise from the highway and river.
4- Roll-away twin beds can accommodate 2 of the guests.

House Rules

1- No parties/smoking/unregistered guests. We will charge a $500 fine for each of these occurrences.
2- 1 pet/animal per stay.
3- Check out procedure:
- Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Place all dirty towels in the washer and start a load.
- Turn off all lights.
- Close and lock all windows and doors
4- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is $50 charge plus shipping cost.
5- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost
